Dirty sheets in one of our rooms. No port a crib available.

Everything was good, unbeatable location very close to Granzella's Restaurant, Williams on the way from Oregon to Arizona, and the California, very nice experience. We stayed in a well-appointed a double room with aircon and a comfortable bed, for instance. Got a free breakfast included.

The location in Williams is very convenient and there are very good restaurants there. We have stayed in other motels there, and the Ramada is a cut above.
The room decor is rather unattractive, but the facilities make up for that lack.

Wifi didn't work, a hassle for anyone needing connectivity, especially when it's advertised. Breakfast wrapped up way too early at 9 AM for late risers. There were some spiders with webs on the ceiling and a sink area that felt cramped outside the bathroom. The room key card failed intermittently, leading to some frustration while trying to get in.

I appreciated having great breakfast options and comfortable beds . You can easily enjoy a morning walking to nearby Togo's Sandwiches in less than a 5-minute walk, fueling up for a day of city exploration.

The property looked shabby, carpets appeared to need cleaning, found a long black hair in the bathtub, which had several chips in it.
